About the function

As Team Member Operations you are part of the Operations- and Invoicing Team.

The following task are part of your activities:

  • You are responsible for the Message Handling process: monitoring, adjusting and checking the daily SpeakUp® messages in the automatic system. These extremely sensitive reports about misconduct from all over the world must be translated by translators throughout Europe within one working day. Afterwards, these reports must be forwarded to the relevant organization. Handling SpeakUp® reports is the beating heart of the organization;
  • You are the external and internal point of contact for questions about message handling. Therefore, you have contact with translation agencies, clients and colleagues from all over the world, on a daily basis;
  • You are responsible for preparing and sending the translation invoices. If necessary, you have contact with customers about this;
  • Last but not least, you make proposals to further improve processes.

Who are you?

You have/are:

  • Preferably full-time available, otherwise 32 or 36 hours;
  • More than 2 years of relevant work experience;
  • HBO (Higher professional education) degree;
  • Fluent in English (oral and written). English is the main language at People Intouch;
  • Affinity with integrity;
  • Creative, inventive, analytical, and critical;
  • A connecter, good listener, communicative, accessible, representative, and a teamplayer;
  • Responsible, driven, result-oriented, and solution-oriented.

Furthermore, it is preferable to have the following characteristics/experiences:

  • Affinity and/or experience with IT (development);
  • Good knowledge of Office applications (especially Access and Excel);
  • Other language skills, such as Swedish, Finnish, Spanish, French, German or Chinese.
