Over de functie

As Implementation Consultant you are part of the Implementation Team of People Intouch. The following tasks are part of your activities:

  • You are responsible for the technical configuration and functional implementation of SpeakUp® and the Case Management System (CMS);
  • You take care of the preparation, go-live of the system, and after that you are also the point of contact for customers when it comes to technical and functional questions;
  • For this, you visit clients at home and abroad;
  • You manage the project administration and monitor the planning;
  • You switch frequently and at various levels with the customer: from employee to key-decision makers (board);
  • Product development: you continuously work on improvements for SpeakUp® and CMS;
  • You are the internal (also in the prospect phase) and external point of contact for substantive questions about our products.

Wie ben jij?

You have/are:

  • Preferably full-time available, otherwise 32 or 36 hours;
  • More than 3 years of relevant work experience in a professional organization;
  • HBO (Higher professional education) or WO (Academic degree);
  • Fluent in English (oral and written). English is the main language at People Intouch;
  • Affinity with integrity
  • Experience with (the implementation of) functional IT solutions, and the ability to properly translate and switch between wishes and questions from customers, and answers from IT specialists;
  • Creative and inventive, analytical, and critical;
  • A connecter, good listener, communicative, accessible, representative, and a teamplayer;
  • Responsible, driven, result-oriented, and solution-oriented.

Furthermore, it is preferable to have the following characteristics/experiences:

  • Other language skills, such as Swedish, Finnish, Spanish, French, German or Chinese;
  • Known and educated in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance field;
  • Experience with whistleblower issues;
  • Experience with the functioning of large multinationals;
  • Knowledge of programs, such as JIRA and Confluence.
