We might already have a challenge that matches your ambitions and experience. We discuss any relevant positions, assignments and organisations with you. When we feel there is a match, we develop a personal profile and introduce you to the organisation(s) we discussed. In case we do not have the right opportunity for you at that moment, we ask for your permission to keep your details on file and contact you as soon as we have an opportunity that fits.

4. First interview

At your first interview with the potential employer, we are present as well. In this way, we are able to evaluate how the interview went. Still enthusiastic about the opportunity? In that case we will continue to guide your through the process.
